Ashley DeBello
Coach

CROSSFIT LEVEL 1 / CROSSFIT KIDS / CROSSFIT GYMNASTICS

Ashley is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer who has been CrossFitting since 2009 and started coaching in early 2013.

Ashley played competitive soccer throughout high school and continued her soccer career to play Division 1 soccer at the University of Delaware. After her freshman year, she decided to focus on her studies as an Accounting major but needed to find something to fill the void. It is then when Ashley found CrossFit, which offered her the competitiveness, drive and camaraderie, similar to her experiences with soccer, but stepped up to an entirely new level.

Ashley loves CrossFit because it brings together people with different backgrounds who have different levels of experience but all have one common goal: To be better at both CrossFit and Life. Ashley’s goal in coaching is to teach everyone to push themselves beyond their limits, never give up and to strive to be the best they can be.

Renée Oleniacz
Coach

Being a multi-sport athlete all her whole life, Renée let her fitness slide during college. Ten years ago, when she found Crossfit, she couldn’t even lift the 35-pound barbell. She loves to share that story, especially for those who might be reluctant to start their fitness journey.

Ten years later, fitness and nutrition have become a true passion of Renée’s. What she loves most about her passion for fitness and nutrition is that there is always something to learn and a goal to chase. As a coach, Renée is most excited to help others improve their lives and achieve their fitness goals, whether it be getting back into shape or achieving their first pull-up. The daily workout at BTS is the “best hour of the day” and she looks forward to making sure it’s just that for every person who walks through the door.
